HRCG will be having an interest meeting and design charrette this upcoming Saturday June 6 at 3:30p at Central Library Daily Grind Coffee Shop in Virginia Beach.
At this meeting, we will be:
-designing concept sketches for garden layout.
-forming a timetable for work.
-determining an actual 'grand opening' date after clearing, fencing,paving, etc have been done.
-signing up volunteers.
-signing up/ providing information packets for organizations/businesses/ persons interested in sponsorship.
-accepting plot reservation applications.
-getting our community pumped and ready to go!
-setting a date, time, and location for our next meeting.
